Stop 1
Our first stop is Greenwood Cemetery, a stunning site with impressive graves and statues. We’ll see several celebrity graves and explore how New Orleans' burial customs differ from other parts of the U.S. After Greenwood, we visit Cypress Grove Cemetery, a Protestant cemetery known for its large, elaborate graves and a humorous story about a family feud. Next is the Jewish cemetery, Gates of Juhad, where you'll learn about Jewish burial practices in New Orleans.

We'll visit Metairie Cemetery, often called the most beautiful cemetery in America. Here, you'll see the graves of Anne Rice, Louie Prima, and other notable figures, along with stories behind their final resting places.
